Katechis + Partners is a studio for sustainable architecture and engineering, founded by Dimitrios Katechis in 1980. Since then the company has successfully completed numerous individual projects. It is a group of highly qualified and motivated, architects, and civil engineers who seek opportunities to create unique and intriguing urban events. Based in Corfu and Athens we work on a wide range of building typologies, including private residential projects, resorts, hotels, office buildings and etc. Informed by tradition, enriched by materiality, and inspired by contemporary life, we create a crafted design.
